In compliance with Local Government Code Section 118.131, the following shall be furnished written notice of this order: (1) The Commissioner’s Court of each County in the State of Texas and (2) The State Bar of Texas.

NOTICE OF FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR SERVICES OR ATTEMPTED SERVICES BY THE OFFICE OF SHERIFF AND CONSTABLES OF PALO PINTO COUNTY, TEXAS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1,2024 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,2024.

Storage and Feed Fee, for Each Estray                                                                            $15.00 per Day

Loaded Hauling Fee, when notified to Capture an Estray  (minimum fee of $125)      $5.00 per Mile

Loaded Hauling Fee, when notified to Transport Estray to Public Auction                   $5.00 per Mile

Cowboy Fee, to be paid for Each Cowboy                                                                      $175.00 per Day

Any additional fees for gathering or transportation must be approved by the Sheriff.
